Fall Bass Action Heating Up on Lake Ontario
Lake Ontario - Monroe, NY
Action is starting to heat up in the eastern basin, yesterday we lost quite a few big fish but managed to land a walleye and some slammer bass with one that was almost 23” but weighed only 5lb 11oz. Today we struggled to find the fish where we left off yesterday, also made a move inside where we really marked them inside but the wind increased so much we couldn’t keep clean from the weeds. Got a call from a buddy he hit a few bass outside and honestly it was where I planned on going first thing and we fired a ton of rods, lots of shorts but squeezed off a limit of bass, also got bit off by a heavy fish I’m guessing was a walleye. Overall it was a beautiful weekend on Lake Ontario, especially in October. Have October 19th open afternoon November: weather permitting of course 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th #captainbrianswartz #tinmissile #walleye #pikefishing #browntroutfishing #lakeontario
